HR Manager

Human Resources Responsibilities - Apply HR policies, while making sure that they adhere to labor law and company objectives and strategy - Management of 400 blue collars in 2 factories - Design job descriptions for all jobs in the factory - Organizing necessary trainings needed for both workers and managers - Making the necessary monthly evaluations for both workers and managers - Responsible for attendance, vacations and sick leaves - Responsible for updating the files of all employees - Coordinating with labor office for necessary issues - HR fulfilment for ISO certification (9001, 14000, 18000), and customer audits - Payroll for all employees Administration Responsibilities - Responsible for all documents pertaining governmental entities - Management of outsourced services such as security and pest control - Transportation services for all employees - Responsible for all services for foreign guests - All legal matters related to workers and employees
