Sales Development Representative Responsibilities: Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or servicesProactively expanding business through being out on the road to engage with new and existing customersDevelop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirementsMeeting regular sales targets and coordinate sales projectsMaking technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needsWriting daily visit report with objectives and resultsAnswering RFQ, clarifications, and customers’ requests efficiently and promptly Conducting regular consultancy and customer visits. Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to close deals Following up with customers on offers and products delivery Ensuring customer satisfaction Following the filing and archiving system Supporting the financial department to accelerate delivery and collection processes Gathering market and customer information Managing and generating sales from different channels
