Handle all incoming reservations on FIT & group Basis up to 50 Pax Send the offers along with all the related confirmations to the customers. Meet the deadlines set to the customers. Accompanying groups in their trips (domestic or international ) Document all the taken actions based on the interactions witheither the customers or the suppliers. Tracking the direct payments to the hotels. Cancel or amend the existing reservations upon the customer requests. Fill in both daily log & prospect business to all kind of business on a daily basis Close the files based on their final status. Assist in preparing the daily and the monthly reports
