Quality and Assessment Manager

• Ultimate responsibility for quality management and assurance, curriculum design and development, assessment, accreditation, and professional development.• Ultimate responsibility for the accreditation of Centre of Excellence programs and the maintenance of accreditation status. Coordinating and liaising with awarding bodies, technical partners and other key stakeholders in the public and private sector to deliver relevant, updated, quality assured and accredited programs.• Working closely with the technical partners, program coordinators and industry experts to continuously assess, improve and update program content and delivery.• Responsibility for trainer/facilitator selection, continuous assessment, and professional development.• Manage MIS and data analytics and report on Centre of Excellence performance qualitatively and quantitatively.• Supporting Senior Program Manager and Research and Policy team in leading policy dialogue and policy framework development in all areas of responsibility.
