Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual training. Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on site or online to train end-users Do the pre-sale activates and prepare demos based on client initial requirements based on sales team leads and inputs.. Responsible for the implementation and support of ERP solution in accordance to clients' interests and business requirements. Configure business on ERP system Aids customer in implementation issues and final results verification through continuously revising and adjusting customer business process. Manage reporting requirements, and system usage System analysis: helps project manager to lead a sessions to collect data, documents and other information and create specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the client. Follow up with customers whose issues are not closed to Identify solutions to work around open issues that are under investigation or pending resolution to the tickets assigned by a Team Lead or Manager. Complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines. Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
