A Lifestyle manager handles the whole accounts relations, meaning that all communication with clients and with account will be through the lifestyle manager. They will need to make sure that all clients are satisfied and that all accounts are running smoothly. The operation team handles requests but lifestyle manager needs to make sure that it has been taken care of and delivered on time. Lifestyle manager answers all request calls before passing it over to operations, if they are able to solve the request alone they are expected to do so
