- Call and schedule meetings with clients and present to them details about new projects- Providing management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products and services.- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.- Negotiate processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices.- Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.- Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for- Closing deals, sign sales & maintaining contracts with direct customers.- Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.- Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies.
