Updating stock’s prices according to the market prices’ changes. Placing orders with the existing suppliers to constantly replenish the stock. Being able to identify new items/suppliers in the domain of activity by closely monitoring the market. Making the necessary sale invoices at the end of each month. Make Sure all the non-cash sales are properly paid at the end of each month. Helping in the preparation of taxes’ documents and statements at the end of the financial year. Showing true endeavor to learn about the sold products’ technical details and, thus, being able to assist the shop seller while fulfilling clients’ needs (if needed). Periodically analyzing sales performance (by sector & by supplier) and advise promotions on specific items. Ensuring no expired or defective products are sold inside the shop. Posting daily/weekly posts on FB, Instagram and other social media networks and reply to the customers comments/messages. Assisting in the preparation of advertising materials.
