Participates in the development of the annual marketing plan and budget and follow up with the implementation of all departments and sectors of the company and external entities that deal with it as this plan is reviewed every 3 months to verify their validity and to correct any deviations, if any. Connects with internal and external markets (clients and agents) to follow up and conduct marketing research and opinion surveys that help in: Developing new models and products - Opening new markets for the company - Measuring customer satisfaction - Measuring how and success of products - Moving the message to customers and markets. Communicates with advertising companies to reach the best contracts (quality and prices) regarding the application and design of the company's brand on everything related to the company from: Packaging - Advertising materials - Tools - Publications - Worksheets - Advertisements - Clothing and communicates with advertising companies For the implementation of company catalogs or any advertising material relating to the products. Organizing exhibitions inside and outside the country in coordination with the organizing companies and exhibitions according to the requirements of work and budget. Follow up the performance of the subordinates and assess their performance annually and accordingly determine their training needs and adopt them from their direct manager and head of the sector and then coordinate with the human resources to include these needs within the annual training plan and clarify the expected return of this training.
