Job Description: Drafting job descriptions before posting job vacancies Develop job ads before putting them out on different advertising platforms. Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Performing reference and background checks Making recommendations to company hiring managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Completing timely reports on employment activity The intern will learn: First hand experience on the everyday duties of HR Recruitment Department. Gain knowledge and better understanding of the different HR Functions and Operations.
