The operations associate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating company operations and procedures in order to ensure INNOVETY’s effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities include: • Administrative organization and coordination of company operations • Managing Innovety’s customer resource management • Coordinating Innovety’s training activities • Bookkeeping duties. Provide upper management with insights to further increase productivity. • Participating in basic proposal writing • Recording company expenditures and managing the budget • Manage the logistics and client relations of projects executed by Innovety • Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations• Attending conferences and training. • Contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices • Play a role in long-term planning toward operational excellence.
