1. Responsible for preparation of & on-site technical support for demonstration activities / conferences / workshops in coordination with the designated PSR 2. Perform on-site installation & set-up of all new units . 3. Perform technical inspection & addition to custody for all new orders 4. Responsible for grouping, checking & preparing; items for shipping under "Repair exchange/ Under-guarantee/ Maintenance" in central warehouse 5. Responsible for arranging & following-up of order-confirmations and/or invoices of items under "Repair-exchange/ Under-guarantee/ Maintenance" 6. Responsible for following up the delivery of items and/or units under "Repair-exchange/ Under-guarantee/ Maintenance" to central and/or remote warehouses as per each situation 7. Responsible for weekly visiting the installation basis of strategic products to do preventive maintenance & ensuring customer satisfaction.
