Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Main Duties: Manage the communications between the clients and the company. Understand and collect the clients interests, demographics and information. Handle clients complaints, take the ownership and solve it with other departments. Give the clients the required support to facilitate their use of our website. Build good relationship with clients and facilitate their transactions with the company. Promote and sell our products to the interested clients. Follow up with clients to get their feedback after receiving their purchases. Help in surveys to get their feedback on a specific issue required by management.
