Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs. Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability to make business more effective. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems. Business process re-engineering and identifying new solutions for business problems to make business more effective. Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Drawing up and supervising testing schedule for implemented systems. Overseeing implementation of a new systems including data migration. Supporting users on change control and system updates. Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system. Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments. Coach, supervise and evaluating team members. Participate in action plan creation with higher management. Follow up action plan execution.
