Manage & Support Cisco routers, switches, Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, Cisco Quality Manager, Cisco ASA. Manage Active directory, TMG2010, DHCP, DNS. Manage Symantec Backup Exec, Perorm daily backup operations and restoration if required. Good Knowledge with Virtulization using ESXi. Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure. Troubleshoot problems reported by users in desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and IP phone. Support desktop applications especially MS Outlook. Troubleshooting network problems. Monitoring network usage; Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers; Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems; Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet; Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work. Monitoring the use of the web by employees. Ensuring that Data Center electricity is available all the time.
