IT Applications Technical Lead

• Hands on implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code • Issue / Ticket troubleshooting and end-user support • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL server & Reporting Services • Prior experience in production support activities such as Incident and Problem tickets, Batch monitoring, Standard Service Requests and Release coordination activities. • MSCRM product and SDK Knowledge. • Proficiency in developing efficient client side scripting using JQuery, Plug-In, Work Flows, Custom Business Processes • Good knowledge in Developing ASP.NET applications, SSRS and SSIS Packages. • Analyze, Design the solutions for the requirements and transform the same in terms of configuration and a Design Document for Complex Custom extension components. • Conduct Code & Test Case reviews as needed.
