Implement the monthly production plan achieving optimal capacity utilization & productivity. Set daily tasks and allocate work fairly among labour. Lead and motivate the production team. Cooperate with the QC & QA teams to ensure maximum product and process quality. Improve processes to decrease waste, optimize resources and increase performance. Solve problems independently as they arise.
