IT Manager

Job Summary: Plan, organize, direct control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing, plus carrying out support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Job Description: Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrading and support of all IT systems Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Develop new procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction. Manage and assess IT and ERP infrastructure to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Troubleshoot network problems and all relative issues reported by users and affect customer satisfaction. Monitor network usage and ensure the most cost effective and efficient use of servers. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Preserve assets, information security and control structures. Manage the daily operations of the IT department. Lead IT team and manage their performance to achieve the department objectives. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
