Examines and analyzes departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information Places purchase orders for the supply of materials and engineered packages. Maintaining purchase order record from award through to close out and archiving Follow up with suppliers concerning delivery times. Control of all purchasing orders issued by the company to suppliers and will ensure all post-contract award commercial services are of a consistently high standard maintain high effective document filling system for review whenever needed or requested.
