Design and execute test cases for the CRM web and mobile apps, to verify the product functionality according to user’s requirements. Write clear and concise bug reports and scenarios to ensure a clear communication with software developers and ensure complete resolution. Estimate the time needed for the quality tasks in the projects. Write detailed test reports that accurately describe the project status. Working with other team members to achieve the project goals. Maintains a high degree of knowledge on current technologies and tools.
