Handle relations with governmental authorities like social insurance, tax, VAT, GAFI Attend meetings and send MoMs to participants. Prepare budget, accounting statements and review with financial auditor Plan and organize General Assembly and Board of Directors meetings. Handle customer relations (Phone calls, meetings, emails, social media, …etc) Follow up with remote team members Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and supplier Provide general support to visitors
