We are a very high end cosmetic and dental medical center based in BAHRAIN, for more information, please visit our website http://bit.ly/2I6m3Q6 (https://youtu.be/XDEHAADA0gI), currently are looking for a full time Operations Manager – Females Only with the following qualifications: Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities hire and train operations staff monitor and evaluate staff performance schedule staff to meet operational requirements Maintain daily and monthly book-keeping and accounts Oversee marketing and social media establish office policies and procedures implement and monitor office policies and procedures responsible for supervision of the facility cleaning, hygiene, safety and maintenance control removal of medical waste in compliance with regulatory requirements ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and ethics keep track of equipment and devices and manage inventory liaise with vendors regarding equipment and supplies ensure patient records are current and accurate supervise patient scheduling oversee registration of patients supervise medical coding, medical billing and banking provide education material to patients communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints ensure patient satisfaction Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in a related field strongly preferred knowledge of book-keeping and accounting, data and administrative processes and principles knowledge of human resource management principles and practices knowledge of medical coding knowledge of medical issues and terminology knowledge of applicable regulations and laws computer skills including knowledge of relevant software relevant working experience for not less than 3 years in the same field Key Competencies English and Arabic (write, read and speak) is a must Must be single or divorced strong personality planning and organizing communication skills attention to detail adaptability customer service orientation problem solving judgment decision-making confidentiality integrity stress tolerance Salary & Benefits Monthly salary is between EGP 10,000 to EGP 25,000 based on qualification and working experience.
