Social Media Lead Generation Executive

Responsibilities: Drive our lead generation, social media and content marketing efforts Our customers are primarily A+ class real estate customers. Keep track of campaign pacing, budgets, budget recommendations and results Hands-on management of Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and LinkedIn Daily budget management, bid optimization, ad testing, audience targeting, data mining Analyzing daily campaign performance of Paid Social campaigns Pioneer the strategy for how to grow audience across channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other sources such as Pinterest Lead social media strategy to drive engagement, audience growth, and conversation across all social accounts. Concept, post and daily monitoring of content on all social media sites; respond to questions in a professional, timely manner Set specific social media objectives and report on ROI monthly to determine effectiveness; suggest changes for improvement. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., text, photos, videos, sales, and promotions). Work with Marketing Director to determine social media ad spend and budget.
