Job Summary: The Operations Manager works to improve the working environment and business processes of AlMaqarr Coworking space. The main aim is developing operational capacities, strengthening customer’s relationships and ensuring consistent growth in revenue. Job duties and responsibilities: Responsible for AlMaqarr venue (assets, maintenance, logistics, canteen suppliers, inventory. infrastructure, etc.) Inaddition to building and maintaining the relationship with neighbors, security and landlord to secure smooth continued daily operations. Responsible for end to end strategic direction to enhance our day to day operations. Responsible for the cash flow of the daily payments (revenues & costs), documenting and tracking the accounting sheets to guarantee accurate financial data. In addition to issuing taxable invoices when needed. Monitor and evaluate the operations team to provide the prompt guidance and supervision in order to helpachieving the company’s goals and secure the development of the team members. Handling customer’s needs, requests & complains to achieve the highest satisfaction rates of the customers. Dealing and partnering with student activities, startups & freelancers to secure sustainable revenues. Creating different and diversified events based on AlMaqarr community needs. Responsible for creating end to end events operations process to guarantee customers satisfaction. Providing and securing smooth running of the supporting functions services based on the customer’s needs.
