HR Supervisor

Responsibilities & Duties: A) Employee Relations/Engagement • Conduct constancy stores visits to ensure the execution of existing company policies and procedures.• Handle and resolve all associate relations issues in a timely manner• Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation B) Recruitment, Training and Skills Development • Interviewing candidates and select the appropriates regards to store needs• Ensuring that all training courses are implemented as scheduled• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with managers and human resources departments• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through visit stores and discussions with managers.
