IT System Analyst

Maintaining all the current applications and develop new application as needed Marinating the DB’s and applications servers Develop all needed tools and applications Working as 1st line support Using object oriented programming languages, especially .NET. Perform systems analysis and design work on problems of varied scope Participate in the development and the maintenance of our applications, using Microsoft SQL Server and Windows / Web / Office / IVR User Interface. Good Knowledge of Applications Analysis & Design Good Knowledge of problem solving skills. Good Knowledge of databases and Microsoft SQL Server. Respond to users Tickets and requests Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed Creating the needed reports ,documents and manuals as needed Requirements Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines
