#Job Responsibilities: - Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. - Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations. - Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. - Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority. - Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments. - Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager. - Carrying out background research and presenting findings. - Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. - Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings. - Liaising with clients and suppliers. - Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment - Managing projects - Managing an Assistant - Managing your employer’s dietary needs and assure its satisfied at all times - Managing your employer’s transportation needs and assure its satisfied at all times; e.g. ensure providing a suitable clean car on time, ensure the availability of a capable trusted driver when needed, .etc. - Managing your employer’s House Keeping and Maintenance needs and assure is satisfied at all times; e.g. ensure a maid is present and cleans on time, ensure that electricity and gas maintenance run on time, .etc.Work conditions: Full Time Flexible Working Hours 30% Travelling Abroad, (Mostly to Dubai) 60% of the work is done inside the office at Comfortable, Regular Office Environment
