Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure. Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team and operational team. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements. Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers. Prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment. Supervising the production at all stages and providing solutions to problem and prepare progress report. Flow up all production activities and it control.
