Real Estate Sales Manager

• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings• Approve all contracts and related forms signed by salespeople• Keep records of sales associates' productivity• Work with salespeople to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers• Interview and hire new sales associates• Develop company-wide sales budgeted goals• Resolve disputes among salespeople• Report on sales activities to top management• Developing a CRM system which could help in management of our prospects.• Weekly meetings with my Marketing team to see the ROI of our marketing campaigns, and how to increase it.• Day by day meetings with the sales team as to close the open deals and to see what is• the pipeline for each one.• Personal calls through my network to get corporate deals.• Having greetings call to our existing clients as to get some referrals.• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.• Handling all communications with all other departments.
