Lead the procurement function and oversees all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services. Research and evaluate vendor’s quotes and services to determine most desirable vendor; Builds strong relationships with them. Responsible for the order life cycle (customer place the order till order is fulfilled to the customer) Updating Price list and indicate ideal custom code. Set the most effective payment method to reduce the cost and inform finance about the due time. Develop and implement procurement timing strategies and action schedules; monitors their effectiveness. Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with Vendors. Send shipping orders to the vendors according to the best shipment terms. Inform sales and admin of clearing goods.
