Supervising daily activities of production to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking and follow-up problems of clients, technical resources, and technical executives. Analyze incidents and problems, and then work to get to detailed root cause analysis and suggest workarounds and/or solutions for recurring issues. Managing all technical departments in terms of technically, and approve all relevant technical issues starting from proposal stage, until production/ installation stage. Ensuring the effective management of production lines of an organization. Making sure the good quality production of products on time. Ensuring maintenance of cost effective and high standard production. Estimating production costs and determining the high quality standards. Monitoring the production practices and setting the schedule as required. Working out the material and human resources as needed. Advising in making decisions regarding the operating units layout, size and range of service or product to deliver, design and arrangement of work processes. Selecting and maintaining equipment, supervising products standards and enforcing quality control programs. Working with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization. Manage and advise of resources, training, policy and procedure development and enhancements, operations monitoring and controls, and continuous process improvement. Responsible for identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives/projects and activities that create efficiencies and optimize technical processing.
