Getting customer interest on our service / product. Achieve high transferring and closing percentage. Collect & document customer basic information. Maintaining hard work and positive attitude. Report the customer information in the correct system Giving clear information about our product / service to the customer. Identify & escalate priority issues. Follow-up with customers when necessary. Be prompt for work and back from breaks. Follow the appropriate guidelines and procedures for any given situations. Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management. Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the contact center management. Enter coding and tracking information completely and accurately on relevant system.
