Account Executive

Key Activities: Use E-mails correspondence with colleagues and clients. Audit Client's documents verifying data (facts, dates) using standard reference sources. Process and verify application forms and translated documents Arabic to English and vice versa) to detect and correct errors in translation. Issue "Revision feedback" on the reviewed documents received from clients. Complete citizenship application forms. Communicate with clients professionally and timely mannered. Manage electronic and telephone correspondence with clients and colleagues. Provide general information to clients. Compile client's file with all the personal and business documents and information needed. Maintain an updated report at all times for client's file progress and follow up on the updates weekly. Deal with couriers (DHL- FedEx-UPS) effectively in dispatching and tracking shipments. Additional tasks might be added as per business needs. Training Activities (might be added to your duties): Make sure the new employee has the basic information to function effectively, such as e-mail access, and strategies and vision of the future. Help new employees understand the organization in a broad sense (it's past, present, culture, and strategies and vision of the future). Train new employees and supervise their work during training period
