Work to ensure strategy implementation. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales call/ client. Attend meetings to identify new services and products. Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers. Review and initially approve contracts with clients. Keep up with fluctuating demand and supply. Ensure operation is within company’s standards. Monitor local competitors. Organize sales staff schedules. Handle customer complaints, questions and issues. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
