Area Manager

Directing sales force to achieve sales goals within an area. Designing and recommending sales programs and setting short- and long-term sales strategies. Ensuring proper sales coverage of each territory based on territory needs and the capability of the sales representatives. Evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase the area sales volume. Managing the area sales operating budget by tracking costs to ensure that area spending is in line. Recommending product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Monitoring the preparation and routing of all sales contracts for the area. Coaching all sales force on target account plans and ensures employees have the appropriate sales goals. Ensuring sales team performance, implement assessments and propose training as required.
