Art Director

MaxyCode is looking for an exceptional Art Director with min 2 years of agency experience. The candidate must have a killer design ability and an unmatched sense of originality powered by conceptual thinking. This role acts as a creative lead but also integrates seamlessly with our Tech, Strategy, Social, Sales and Process teams. Our ideal candidate is a fount of ideas and creative thinking who can conceptualize and implement quickly, independently or collaboratively, and who often surprises people with ideas others think they could have thought of but didn’t! Can present and effectively communicate how a creative vision will help achieve goals Manage graphic designers, illustrators and motion designers within project timelines Create original content and themes as part of a social media strategy Monitor and drive the team to utilize the best and latest methods and tools to stay competitive Work with internal writers, strategists, and social team members to develop creative for strategic marketing campaigns Constantly moving the team forward and increasing the level of creative output overall Take a strong leadership position by following agency guidelines and acting as a role model for team Accurately estimate level of effort and timeline expectations for creative deliverables Work with Strategy, Social and Technology leads to ideate on current and new business opportunities Must be able to clearly articulate ideas and show creative process
