Lead and manage Teachers performance (attending classes, and preparing the agenda for regular meetings to review examination results and departmental development plans) . Taking responsibility for academic outcome. Strategic planning and curriculum development. Developing strategies to drive up academic standers. Supervise Education Team Coordinate with CEO on strategic planning. Work with the Education Team to set up program materials. Approve the new curriculum after checking the quality of the materials.
