Financial Manager

Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements. Overcome the financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange Assist management in the formulation of the company's overall strategic direction. Direct, plan or implement policies, objectives or activities to ensure continuing operations, maximize returns on investments or to increase productivity. Implement corrective action plans to solve organizational or departmental problems. Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement or policy change. Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing. Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis. Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and cash flow analysis. Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments. Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs. Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors. Confer with board members, organization officials, or staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems. Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or provide assistance with problems that customers may encounter.
