Own the service delivery of all IT infrastructure, including Network, System & Voice Achieve IT unit targets and KPIs of remarkable service delivery Own the up-time, backup and disaster recovery of all IT infrastructure Manage a team of 15-20 IT staff of various levels: Supervisors, Seniors & Juniors Manage IT hardware stock, subscriptions, licenses, repairs & other service contracts with external vendors & suppliers from the moment of demand planning till the service contracts and all through proper implementation & delivery Negotiate contracts & pricing with external vendors and suppliers Assist the Finance & Procurement in writing the technical specs for the needed hardware that will be procured
