Schedule meetings, interviews, events’ etc. whenever is required. Administer HR policies and procedures, aligning with Labor Law requirements. Handle HRIS data entry, SAP key user. Recruitment cycle: connect with new hires on required documents, joining dates. Responsible of full employee orientation, email creation requests and laptops/IT requests. Responsible of the full employee end to end cycle. Starting from on-boarding, requests, leaves, personnel, medical Ins., overtime Calculations, to off boarding. Handle visa process and tickets reservations. Performs other duties/ projects as assigned.
