Conduct the schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned projects. Comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures. Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed Liaise with project engineering personnel to assist proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers. Know the contract key dates, milestones and plan dates and how they relate to the overall project schedule. Prepare & monitor Cash Flow Reports Preparing Manpower & Equipment Plan throughout different phases of each project. Prepare the project schedule including WBS, dependencies and relationships, allocate resources. Use CPM Perform daily monitoring of ongoing activities and report any deviations to higher manager with causes of delay and recommended recovery plan
