System Administrator

Manage 3S Software network and servers Manage indoor and outdoor system installation and applications deployments Provide business application support to customers on site as required Provide training to customers as required Take ownership of technical issues, and work with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary Document troubleshooting producers and problem resolution steps Participate in documentation activities (System and User Guides …etc.) Coordinate with Dev, QC and QA departments to review outputs' configuration for production. Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues. Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis. Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of engineering and customer support departments Working hours- 5 days/week ( Friday and Sutarday are off )- From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
