Getting customer interest on our service / product. Makes phone calls to get meeting with the potential customers Achieve high transferring and closing percentage. Collect & document customer basic information. Maintaining hard work and positive attitude. Report the customer information in the correct system Giving clear information about our product / service to the customer. Identify & escalate priority issues. Follow-up with customers when necessary.. Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management. Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the contact center management.
