Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, Deploy a wide variety of training methods Conduct soft skill programs/ managerial program when required Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions where required and check feedback for the same, giving solutions for various issues as required in conjunction with different departments Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and periodically and report on them. Incentive programs Creating training programs Periodically evaluation for the stuff Setup oral and written tests Appraisals Follow up for quality and operational procedures
