Export Manager

Research potential markets before penetration - Allocating export & logistics budget based on actual & budgeted sales - Identify strengths & weaknesses in international markets - Monitor competitive activity for each category in different markets through market visits- Organize sales promotions- Negotiate contracts and arrange the transport of goods- Setting factory sales strategy & forecast of sales by SKU 's on monthly basis- Acquiring new clients in new markets & Attending International trade Shows - Yearly Co-packing agreements- Follow up with customers & Maintain strong relationships - Coordination with production in order to meet with shipping schedules- Setting agreements and plans for delivery on yearly basis with suppliers in order to control the stocks of raw materials- Monitor department profitability and make sure its according to agreed budgeted sales- Control of stock of trading company SKU’s and setting ordering plans
