Headquartered in Cairo , the successful candidate will bring to the position a comprehensive understanding of teaching practices and principles including experience in the sector. Duties: • Prepare classroom activities that match the type and model of curriculum. • Teach classes of adult learners using the unique teaching style deployed at the Academy. • Attend all training sessions. • Prepare reports on progression. • Deliver placement tests if and where required. • Manage classrooms to produce a conducive environment for active learning. • Monitor student performance, attendance and activities. • Monitor daily attendance. • Investigate and understand causes for student absences. • Develop the language aptitude for the students as they navigate through the various levels. • Assisting others • Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge • Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job. • Developing Objectives and Strategies • To improve performance of teachers and student. • Need to conceptualize the road map for English development through the upcoming levels.
