1. Responsible for providing overall departmental supervision for the certification department , including managing a team of employees and the certification process for the day to day operations . 2. responsible for coordinating and managing the management review activities at least once a year , as specified in the quality management documentation . 3. responsible to ensure through the organizational units reporting directly to him the fulfillment of the criteria and the operation procedures laid down by the manual quality management the company procedures and other documents referred to by them. 4. define quality policies and objectives consistent with HEIA General Ones and in conjunction with the quality manager , ensure the requirements of ISO/ IEC 17065 are met . 5.Head of Certification Body Shall Not take part in evaluation activities . 6. ensure the certification body meets budgetary guidelines 7.Coordinating between HEIA - CB Activities & Other department .
