IT Specialist

The IT specialist will support all company internal infrastructure (hardware & software): Maintaining proper operation of all internal and third party business applications  Providing assistance and support to all users of business applications, responding to their queries and requests within company policies and procedures  Manage and monitor office 365, Routers, Switches, Firewall, and connectivity.  Provide daily assistance, help-desk support and first level trouble shooting and problem solving to internal business applications (i.e. ERP system) Liaise with vendor support on all issues
