Supports business design activities related to Siebel CRM application software, data and solutions. Analyzes requirements and develops high-level and detailed business process designs to the elementary business process (EBP) level, derived logical process (DLP) level and Operational Level Process (OLP) level. Works in client-facing roles to contribute towards Siebel technology solutions. Develops designs to support the functionality and documented protocols as specified in the solution architecture and developer stories. Designs, develops, reviews and maintains the user system interface (USI) for business applications. Designs, develops, reviews and maintains Integration of Siebel CRM with Reporting and Analytics System (OBIEE). Should be comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels. Provide post production support Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts Familiarity with SQL Familiarity with version control concepts Exposure to web development using HTML5 and JavaScript Knowledge of client/server application development Knowledge of agile development methodologies Knowledge of unit testing theory Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 0 to 1 year of progressive professional experience in Siebel CRM design and development 0 to 1 year thorough functional knowledge/experience of Siebel 8.x Application
