Property Advisor

Perform a selling forecast analysis to provide to Sales Team leader. Achieve the monthly Personal set sales target. Assure effective implementation of Selling process, while utilizing all company’s available resources: Review updated price list to refer to it prior to meeting clients Use customers’ database provided by the company Receive customers’ calls and reply to their inquiries Welcome and meet walk-in customers and perform an efficient sales lead through: Reviewing project’s available marketing tools provided Perform a visual experience through presentation & site visit(building, apartment sample & selected unit) Discuss with clients methods of payment and amend according authorized options Fill reservation form with client till payment Keep record of client’s contacts for follow up within 7-10 days for the reservation payment & communicate to Sales Administrator for sending sales update email. In case of cancellation, assure notifying Sales Administrator for price list modifications and proper communication.
